Okay, had a story I wanted to share. This summer on a trip from Missouri down to the Gulf hauling our skid steer, the hydraulic pump started acting up, we were near Montgomery, Al and knew of the Special Trackwork Inc dealer there, it was a Sat morning at about 11 am when we pulled in and talked with the service lady named "Hope" which we "hoped" would be able to help. They asked us to have a seat and they would look at it. While waiting we were offered pizza, soda and everyone one there was extremely nice to us. This was their second week to have the service department open. [ Whew how lucky]

I went to look for a brochure on the new excavators, the salesman took me over to a Cat 320 they had ready on the lot and we looked it over, he then said, even knowing we weren't from there, if I wanted to take it for a demo run, which I did.

I thought it was awesome that he knew we weren't buying a machine that day, and he might be missing a sale, but still walked me through the whole excavator.

The Owner even came out to us, introduced himself and went back to the service bay to speed up our repair.

No, back here in Missouri, I was tempted to go back down there. They treated me great, but couldn't talk the wife into a nine hour road trip.

oh ok, wow he really did miss out on a sale. the 9 hrs going there would suck, but the 9hrs of break-in hours on the machine on the way back wouldve been :rocker:
